IGF-1 Study,
ad
I am considering using IGF-1 and I was doing some research on it. I came across this video on youtube. Dr. McDougall explains about it. I'm having my doubts now. I was wondering what type of result's I might get from IGF-1. My though is I could use the IGF-1 LR3 because this would only affect that muscle and not my whole body. Check out this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHYFOJBU434 video and if anybody could tell me how beneficial it is. Are you seeing good gain's, Like if I wanted my chest to be bigger I could just use it there. Would it be worth it?

Iv not long started this just into my third week. Igf1 has a half life of about 20 mins or so and has to be injected into the muscle trained splint into to doses this is because igf1 will cling to the damaged muscle but igf1 lr3 can be done sub q in one dose as it has a longer life and will travel through the whole body bad side to this is your intestiens have a large number of igf receptors. I personal chose igf1 lr3 as my training consists of a lot of compound movements so didn't want to just pin point one muscle. So far I'm experiencing a stronger fuller pump and people are telling me I look a lot leaner but tbh I'm not expecting anything drastic as igf produces "baby cells" be a while before anything major happens. There is plenty of good reading out there. Hope this helped
jjdmlmim not going to say that igf-1 doesnt work because i never used it personally..but imo you are better off using insulin for over all mass agains..only if you are an experienced gear user though..humalog is not for newbies..because if you dont haver your diet in tact and dont eat the right way youll just get fat..and if you take too much..well you can drop into a coma and die..if you never did insulin it can add alot of weight and muscle to you frame...
I've been doing more research and I being told IGF-1 is more anabolic than gear? Is this true?
