How much Melatonin 2 should I take???

I just ordered some Melatonin 2 and am trying to figure out the best way to dose it. I know you should load up during your first few weeks but I'm trying to figure out how much I should take and when do I stop my "loading period." Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

ryanlaino_I would take melanotan 3 times for the first week, 2 second week, 1once a 3rd week then once every 2 weeks after that. you want to load the melanotan in the beggining then you can slowly decrease dosage
Thank you everyone. I have a pretty good idea on how to do this now. So let's hope I don't turn into an umpa lumpa. Haha. Thanks again for all the advice and the links.

Tink22I personally just do 250mcg a day like a week before I go to my first tanning session. Yeah I might get a lil red but it's been bout 2 1/2 weeks and now after second tan I'm brown!
