Hello, I'd like to see if anyone has experience issues after their gallbladder was removed. I have. I was thinking of starting BPC157 for my stomach issues. Thx

JohnJuiceI had it removed a few years back,
At that time, I had some BPC-157 in my refrigerator, which I utilized to aid the healing of a few of my injuries.
Given its ability to withstand the acidic environment of the stomach, I gave myself a daily dose of approximately 300-400 mcg.
Around week 4 I could eat normally again and had no stomach issues.
No more deep fried food.
Well idk about the bpc 157 but after you gall bladder is removed, like someone already said your food will go right thru you and you will.not.be able to break down fast anymore so like fish oil will not be.broken down if you take it as a supplement along with many other fat soluble vitamins. You can try to help with the "dumping syndrome" by taking prebiotics before you eat and also there's a supplement called ox bile that will help you with food. You should change your diet like the other dude said because food literally goes right thru you. My girl had hers taken out and she starts eating and has to go to the.bathro after a few bites of food then comes.back finishes.her meal and has to go to the bathroom again. Do some research about diet Nd things you can do to.help. bpc could.help since it supposedly improves gut health but idk.
I had mine removed about 20 + years ago. The biggest issue you will have is no longer breaking down fats. While everyone is different and to different degrees, the biggest issue you will have is diarrhea or loose stool, depending on your diet. It helped me tremendously, as I stopped soda and fast food almost entirely way back then. Probably another reason my labs are good, despite being an old man lol. Crappy and shitty food will go right through you, literally. Dairy and cheeses might cause some bloating and gas. Your biggest friend, if your GI tract doesn't adapt well at first, will be plain old generic Imodium/lopermide. I take that in the morning, and I'm fine the rest of the day. Good luck finding your new diet. Let me know if I can help out with any other suggestions. I had to figure out that shit on my own and took a year or two to change my ways.
TricepatopsI tried it for gastritis and it did nothing. If having stomach problems use glutamine first thing in the morning on empty stomach 10grams and work up to 15gr the second week and up to 20g. I used 10 grams for a month and my stomach never felt better. Also I would take digestive enzymes with meals especially if it is a higher fat meal. Also raw honey Ginger is good for your stomach.
Glad you found something that worked for you brother. I struggled for years trying to find a balance/new diet. I used natural, probiotics, prescription, OTC, just about everything. In the end, some foods I just avoid completely or greatly limit, others I just know I'll pay for a little later with some painful gas, etc. But, I also found some of the worst foods did the most tear up on my GI tract, so it was good on the end I guess.
What issues do you experience once it is removed?
