i have 5mg jugs and want to now how to mix.
how much bac water to each jug and how much to draw out to get 500mcg a shot.

5mg is the same as 5000mcg
if you recon with 2 ml's --> you would have 2500mcg per ml
on a 1 ml slin pin - the 10 iu mark (which is also 1/10th of a ml) = 250mcg
so you would draw to the 20iu mark = 500mcg.

so if you put 5ml of liquid you'd have 5000 mcg.
