+ 1 DSIP to treat insomnia
ad
Hi!
3 days ago I started DSIP (250 mcg /day SQ) to treat cronic insomnia
DSIP stand for Delta Sleep Induction Pep
As you know our sleep has got several phases : the most important one is the deep sleep phase that is characterized with Delta waves in your EEG.
In my case I've got very poor Delta waves
My hope is that DSIP could help my sleep.
Nowaday is my 4th day and I dont want to be too much optimist but .... it seems is working....
Let's wait ....

a month with DSIP has gone. My feedback is very good. it works on my cronic insomnia. I have reduced the ipno shit I take. Now I'll try to suspend it for a week to check if the effect keeps on....
For me it doesn't keep. However, I'm a chronic insomniac too, typically getting 4hrs sleep. DSIP makes me much more functional in the morning because I get better sleep. It also helps me fall asleep. I tend to run faster and faster until I crash and can easily stay up 48+hours routinely if I allow it. DSIP seems take the foot off the mental gas in the evening. I'll take it along with some GH releasing peptides about 90 minutes from when I want to try and go to bed.
How do you time your doses?
Hi . usually take 250 microg after dinner before going to bed.
I dont understand your point: you dont think the effect keeps on after suspending it?
after more than 17 days. is still working.
Unfortunatly I've got a good experience in term of ipno and stuff like that and based on this (several strong ipno make no effect to me) I can say quite for sure this is not a placebo effect.
I want to complete a month than stop for 2 week and than see if the effect will be a little bit "permanent".
For the moment its working!
Can you pm me your source?
10 days: still working, better sleep!
