I got covid19 on 5th of march, it was shit as hell. What helped with the symptoms was vaping marijuana.
I'm 33 now, and the first 2 weeks after, I had a hard time training. Strength was back but cardio was very hard.
Any high impact HIIT would give me instant migraine attacks making me to stop the workout. Moderate cardio was doable but still tough on the lungs.
Last monday it was 5th april, a month after I got tested positive, and doing ok now.
I am now on MK677 for a week since april 1st in combination with Huperzine A and drinking lots of green tea. Not sure if it helped me recover faster from the virus but I can workout again as usual

Please research if she might need it more diluted due to age. Some people can get lumps under the injection site. I had little lumps which took three weeks to disappear.

I have also seen this would be good to help with hair loss. I see it available in 200,500, and 1000 mg bottles. It appears to be a small bottle with a twist cap. How would you administer this? I'm not sure if it helps with hair loss... I know they use it for hair transplants which is different as it is being used to heal the transplanted hair follicle so more transplanted hair survives.

Interesting about GHK-cu. I have never heard about it, so I did some research and it seems like a pretty good supplement. I would like to give it a try, but I'm a little confused about how to use it. Some peptide sites have it as an injectable, others as drops like sarms, some as tablets and others as sublingual lozengers. Which is the best way to take it? +2 for an interesting comment.

A few times I've had to resort to using kitchen roll when I've forgot to get some in, works pretty well Lol So what are you going to do then if you can't get essentials in? Our supermarkets are just running extremely behind with deliveries as all their own warehouses are bare. Even the toilet paper manufacturing plants are having to ramp up production big time.
