So, it's definitely possible to have a negative histamine related reaction with regards to peptides and or steroids. I see here you are strictly talking about peptides. The Benadryl will indeed block the bodies release of histamine relevant to the dose of Benadryl you take. Benadryl is advertised at anywhere from 12.5-50mg per pill with both sleep aid and without. The half life appears to be 4.5 hours as well. I think that in terms of using an antihistamine to control itchiness, breathing, allergies etc as a result of swollen cellular tissues which is a result from the release of histamine, there may be another underlying cause when talking about gear. Sometimes the body reacts to a new compound as I did my first cycle of testosterone. If the rash doesn't go away within a week your body is not tolerating the compound properly. I have had water retention from peptides which also subsided within a week, otherwise again my advise is your body is not responding appropriately to the compound. If it were me I'd take a couple Advil and lay off the Benadryl. If it get's to the point where your airway closes up or something like that you need to go the hospital. If the Benadryl is necessary for you to function I wouldn't take it for more than a week otherwise you'll do more harm than good. I don't think you are allergic to the actual bacteriastatic water, which is what I'm assuming you're reconstituting with as it's just water with the inability to become non sterile unless introduced to bacteria elsewhere, at which point you have a sterile compound with bacteria present, like oil and vinegar

That aside you're only 25. I've been cycling on and off since I was 24 and never needed any of these peptides. I would look into beginner cycles and make sure to ask for help on here from our brothers. You might want to pull a few pounds of fat off and dip into that ideal 12-15% cycle body fat percentage. This is why I recommend that anyone who uses AAS, peptides, ancilliaries etc., always keep some benadryl and pepcid tablets around just in case. If you notice that you're developing any type of allergic reaction, Imo it would be a good idea to take 50mg of benadryl with 40mg of pepcid immediately to combat the reaction. By taking the pepcid also, you can help treat your reaction inside your body as well. Then you should go to the hospital asap!

Sounds closer to anaphalaxis which leads to death. Be safe!
