Can I get any advice on going back on test e after age 40? I used it for a few years in my 30’s. It’s 10 years later and I would love to get back into shape. Can I get any advice on using gear after 40?

Get on it. Test is test. Nothing wrong with optimising test levels as we age.

Living4ThePumpThere's nothing magical different if you're older or younger despite how much test your body may need to reach a certain blood level of hormones.
Get a full hormone blood panel and all the other stuff like full blood count, kidney, liver, thyroid done. Then you start using a common TRT dosage like 125mg per week. After 4-5 weeks check your labs again and see where you are. From there on adjust based on how you feel and where your blood hormones are.
I would highly recommend following a microdosing schedule and injecting every other day, every day would be best to keep levels stable.
