I am 56 & been using 200 mg test c weekly , have recently had surgeries & been off for 4 weeks . I want to get my levels checked so I can get prescribed hrt . Is 4 weeks off long enough to let my test levels drop for the blood test ?

No. 4 weeks will get you around normal to low normal. But probably not low enough to get trt. My guess is about 8 weeks to get you into TRT range, but it is only as guess. Everyone is slightly different.
