I have some that if I can ever figure out how to blur my face and family out. But Xmas of 2007 or so I was 340 about 40% bf and size 48 pants. Dieting wouldnt help. 2 years later I was 240 about 20% bf and a size 36 pants. That was strictly TRT. Over this past summer I was 235 12-13%BF and a 34 waist
