TRT Stack Question
ad
New to the forum. I was hoping to get some suggestions on what I could run with TRT that won't jeopardize my script. I'm prescribed 200ml a week. Body fat a little on the high side, but have my diet pretty well dialed in now... Any suggestions are helpful and appreciated.

Appreciate the responses. Prevailing opinion appears to be worry about cutting the fat before anything else. I'm sure that is the best route to go. If I can stay dialed in on diet and cardio, should be able to the bf% down to managable in 3 or 4 months. My TRT started at 160, but has been bumped up to 200, which feels right. Wasn't really feeling it like I thought I should at 160.
Again, thanks for your opinions. I'll be back to revisit this question when I cut slimmed up a bit.
200mg a week seems high for TRT. I started in the 260’s TT and doing 125mg a week took me up to the 880’s TT. I would do .3ml on Monday and Thursday.
Split it into a Monday and Thursday injection. Long esters are pretty forgiving but still work better with multiple injections a week in my opinion.
You can’t outrun a bad diet. Get your diet and exercise in check and TRT will work great.
It’s a waste in my opinion to add a little here or there for compounds. If you want to pack on 30lbs of muscle then do it. TRT won’t make you look like a bodybuilder, but you will look and feel better.
If you just got your diet dialed in then that is what you should be focusing on first and foremost right now. I wouldn't add in any additional compounds until that bodyfat is at least in the lower teens.
