TRT advice
Looking for some advice and personnel experiences from some vets and seniors that have been here before. I'm coming up on 25 and was diagnosed with hypogonadism when I was 24. My question is what is the long term effects of starting so young? Will I have to up my doses as time goes on? Would blasting make things worst? I am planning on trying dr scallys pct to reboot my natural test. This question is I'm case it is to late and doesn't work. I have been doing my homework and searching as much as I can. I see everyone saying how they wouldn't choose this lifestyle if they didn't have to but I'm wondering why?

Have you seen a endocrinologist? It would be good to try to get in with a Endo, but just prepared to have to wait a while before you can get an appointment they seem to be the hardest doctors to get appointments with.
I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism right before I turned 24, but before I accepted the T-shots I tried an HPTA restart consisting of Clomid, HCG, and Aromasin under the supervision of my doctor. I felt terrible from the Clomid, not really emotional like most, but always nauseous, headaches, and sick feeling, however my test levels did increase from around 290 to 550. As I started to come off everything my Test levels just dropped back down though. Now I'm on 200mg/week and just started HCG at 200iu E3D and my T levels stay consistent around 900, and more importantly I feel well daily.
I definitely recommend trying the restart first before any exogenous testosterone, for me it just is what it is, but it good knowing that at least I tried before jumping straight to the shots, because just like Irongame mentioned there are some cons that you may not think of until you start.
Eroids helped me to learn a lot about possible side effects/dangers and best ways to TRY to avoid them. Good luck
Yea I am currently seeing a doc for my trt he prescribed me 200 every two weeks ( out dated style). But does let me take it home so I do 100 a week and I did that for several months. It makes me feel great especially compared to how I was feeling before. I truly appreciate your help. I'm in a tough place and can't go through life feeling the way I did before just looking into all possibilities.
Yeah I was the same way, I was prescribed 200mg every two weeks, but convince him to let me do 100mg every week. For some reason 100mg was barely getting me to 400 on my test levels, but 200mg a week has been great. I get blood work way more frequent than really needed, but just keep track of your PSA, Cholesterol, RBC, thyroid, and blood pressure on top of the obvious levels like test, estradiol, etc. Sometimes doctors seem to forget about those other levels because they focus on just the T and E levels, at least from my experience.
NotNatural23Hate to tell you this but if your not 25 most people on here won't answer your ?s and your account could be deleted..... It is suppose to be the rules on EROIDS... It sucks being on trt I would rather not be on it I noticed and a few others tell me your gains seem to less than if you weren't on trt. I would like to find some studies on blasting and cruising myself. Anyways good luck and I would ask a mod firstto see if you can post it if you are like a month or less from 25 maybe they will make an exception. The last time I tried to help someone on trt from a doc I was deducted karma cause he was not 25.
Thanks for the heads up I turn 25 at the end of next month. And will take your advice on contacting a mod. I'm just in a tough place and want to explore all my options. I appreciate you help and concern!
Well theres pros and cons to everything bro. I think of it like this, the shit that made sense when I was 18 makes absolutely no sense now. So while it sounds cool to us now, no pct and none of that bullshit were still young and things change. Here are some of the cons to trt at any age. Injecting yourself with a needle atleast once a week until the day you die. Doctors visits, problems with insurance not covering it, then you move and you cant find a new doctor and you have to go without your meds, frequent blood work, having the donate blood because of how it raises rbc and such, The possibility of not being able to have kids. Now that ones up for debate as some guys get there girls pregnant while on cycle, but its a possibility. And all the other things you need to take along with it, hcg injections twice a week, arimidex or aromasin a few times a week. And remember people are retarted, say you meet a girl and you have to explain to her that you have to inject yourself with testosterone once a week. Remember people are extremely stupid and that can scare people off. Im sure I'm leaving some out, but thats the ones I can think of. I wouldn't be on cycle if I was you, I would be trying to do all I can to restart my natural test so I don't end up on trt at 24. Shutting yourself down with a cycle is just gonna make it even harder if not impossible.
Thanks for the reply. Those are all valid points and basically the same I was thinking. I have been on trt for a while now and worry I am already shut down. I received some advice from someone I follow on here and he told me it would be fine to run a simple cycle then try my aggressive reboot. Again thanks for your help!
