12.5 mg aromasin per day (from ADC)
total test = 580 normal= 250-1100
free test =93.2 N =46-224
bio test =199.7 N =110-572
SHBG =27 N =10-50
Albumin =4.7 N =3.6-5.1
estrogen 170 N =? - 115
prolactin 10.3 N =? - 13.6
If someone can help me out and tell me if I need to change anything and what to change.
I have a small lump under nipple from previous cycle.That is why I take the Aromasin

You might be too far past where DIM could help, but I'd give it a go. It's helping me keep my E levels in check and it's fairly cheap too.

your test range is good right in the middle on 100mg of real test. people here still claim you need 250mg of test for trt -rolls eyes-. they use underdosed gear.
