Low testosterone 2 years after cycle???

Hi Guys,
Really need some help here!
I stopped using AAS 2 years ago, due to trying to conceive but unfortunately had no luck yet. I have had a sperm analysis and the results came back high for my sperm count. I have had low sex drive, and other mild low T symptoms, so i have recently had a blood test and my results are:
Serum Testosterone - 12.1 nmol/L (10.0-37.0)
Serum Oestradiol - 98 pmol/L (22-162)
I don't feel as though i fully recovered from my last cycle due to poor PCT and ill advice. I am currently on HGH and Proviron.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can any uk guys reccomend any private labs or anywere to get bloods done as i would like to test reguarly. The doctor told me my levels are normal and doesnt suggest there is a problem. I dont look like i have low t as im low bodyfat and still maintainig muscle its just the lack of libido and slight gyno trouble! Thanks guys just wish id of found eroids before being introduced to aas.

Thanks zewi i was looking at this protocol before. Do you think i get my test levels higher and keep it up or has the damage been done?
yea i was thinking hcg to restart my natural test. just found out proviron could have shut me down. i was using it to keep my estro in check because i have a little tenderness in my right pec but think its done more harm than good! how long would i run the hcg for and what dose?
Run a lil hcg and a full pct of torem 120 120 90 60 and nolva 20 20 10 10
