+ 3 In Depth Fertility Experience
Been about ten years since I was active on any forum. Thought I’d resurface to start a thread sharing what I hope will be the final leg of my fertility journey.
For context, I am 39. First cycle at 27. Ran PCTs after my first couple cycles then switched to B&C. I was on some amount of exogenous testosterone continuously for over a decade.
I’d describe my usage as conservative/moderate (though I’m sure some would describe some of my cycles as heavy). I always responded well and, aside from losing my hair at 31, mostly avoided unwanted side effects while maintaining healthy lab work.
I have not been on a cycle since late 2022. Since then I’ve maintained a dose of 200mg per week.
I married my wife in July 2025 and we started trying to conceive shortly after. My wife is much younger than I am and my strategy was to take the path of least resistance; so there was no rush while outlining the protocol.
— Months 1: 200mg Test (No changes)
I thought I might get lucky and still have enough healthy sperm to get the job done without any changes. After trying without success, I pulled labs and a semen test. To my surprise, I tested out of range (>1600) and had zero sperm. FSH and LH undetectable.
— Months 2-3: 150mg Test (New source)
I concluded my gear was overdosed, swapped sources and lowered the dose to 150mg just to be sure I was moving the needle in the right direction. Pulled labs again after 8 weeks: 1440ng/dl. FSH and LH undetectable. No baby.
— Months 4-7: 105mg Test, HCG, HMG (New source)
Now I get back on eroids to find a source that’s properly dosed. When I was a frequent forum member ten years ago, the prominent issue was under dosed gear so I’m genuinely surprised by this problem. At this point, I’m ready to get more aggressive in my approach so I set the test as low as I think it makes sense to bring it and I also add in 1500iu of HCG EOD and 37.5iu of HMG EOD.
After 3 months of this, I pull labs and do another semen test as there is still no baby. The results were, again, zero sperm, undetectable FSH and LH and - 1043ng/dl test.
— Moving Forward: Natty, Aggressive Fertility Protocol
After gathering all this data, my assessment is that I seem to respond better than average to testosterone. It’s been a long time since I tracked labs this closely and when I was younger I rarely bothered to track test because it was always going to be out of range anyway. But my test seems to be 10x of my dose.
After 7 months of trying and failing to conceive, I’m ready to get aggressive. At this point, I’m not any closer to determining if my fertility can even come back at all. My speculation is that my heightened response to testosterone also shuts me down harder. So the strategy moving forward is as follows:
Zero exogenous testosterone
2000iu HCG EOD
75iu HMG EOD
200mg Glutathione ED
600mg Inj L-Carnitine pre workout (4 days per week)
.125mg Adex E4D (after every 2nd HCG pin)
I’m pulling labs 17 days after my last pin to get a baseline test number. I expect it to be very low.
I’ll update the thread as this experience unfolds, hopefully all the way to the desired outcome. I want to say that I think life itself is a miracle and that God is the ultimate determinant of its creation so I pray for His blessing throughout this.
If there’s any interest, I’ll make another post detailing the diet/training/supplement protocol I’ll use while going natty after 10 years on.
Appreciate you guys.

Good luck brother!
I know everybody loves to hate on the influencers but if this guy can B&C multiple grams of gear for 15 years and have a baby I think he can help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYkC2gDcHIo Best of luck to you brother!
Thanks brother. I like Steve. I'll give it a listen.
My daughter was conceived last year running HCG at 333 per day, 50 mg proviron, and 12.5 Enclomiphene. It took four months of being off cycle. Good luck man.
Congrats brother. Enclomiphene seems to be a much better choice for most guys over Clomid.
Good luck my guy, and may the fertility gods bless your sack
I'm a little rushed for time at the moment but I'll be back to pick your brain, the wife and I are in the process or should I say have started the process with fertility issues
