How dial up estradiol to ideal levels

I recently had some labs done. My estradiol was extremely low. 5.1 pg/ml. Was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how i can raise this up to ideal levels. Thank you.

What are you planning to do about your estro now?
I am also curious. My hope is that he take's Shiva's advice below, but we'll wait to see what his response is. (I hope other men can learn from this thread too who are in a similar situation!)
what are you currently taking? taken recently? doses? what are your other biomarkers at on your panel?
At the time of labs i was taking Sarms only. Im now on a cycle with Tren/ and Test Prop. No A1 (though i have them on hand). My test was 700. Estradiol at 5.1 pg/ml.. That was all that was tested at the time.
so you knew you were having a somewhat serious issues with your estrogen while taking exogenous hormones or hormone altering drugs and then proceeded to go into a more serious cycle which includes tren?
Had already decided to cycle and wanted to get a baseline reading first. Wasn't expecting low estradiol. Do you know how I can bring it back to normal range?
do you pct or are you on doctor prescribed trt?
Im doing it myself. I was doctor prescribed and it was too expensive.
well, ultimately what you really need to do is; either come off and pct or go back to your doctor and plead with him to put you back on trt. Youre making some very careless and irresponsible choices here.
The point of pre cycle blood work is not just for a baseline for later but its also to determine if you should be cycling at that given time. period.
If you plan a cycle and your blood come back bad, as they did, that means no cycle for a while.
If you plan a vacation but the plane isn't in shape to fly, then you don't get on it. regardless of what you planned.
Your hormones are jacked, you need to balance them and get the issues resolved. Youre going to be in for a world of hurt and bad health, if you don't get your shit balanced

Should have resolved that estro issue before jumping on a cycle. Kind of like adding fuel to the flames.
