Help on blood work please

Hi guys I'm on trt in uk
Two packets a day of gel
Bloods came back
Can do with some help please
Libido is a bit low at mo
Test levels : range 10 to 30 : 27.7 nmol/l they came back fine
Tsh level : range 0.35 to 5.50 : 2.79 they look fine
Free t 4 level range :10.3 to 22.7 : 15.4 nmol/l ?
Progesterone range 0.6 to 2.6 : 1.4 nmol/l
Serum oestradiol level range : 0 to 191 : 212 pmol/l seems quite high works out about 60ish in USA conversion?
Prolactin range 45 to 363 : 277 mui/l seems to high as well ?
I'm not no doctors but seem me it seems that the high e2 and prolactin is killing my sex drive
Some help would be nice

just curious is this your first time doing bloods? You can up your libido and free test levels by using some proviron . Looking at your bloods the only thing out of range is your estro...the proviron will help and theres other benefits being an androgen. Heres some reading for you.

I started on nebido , but now on gels
Might chuck some proviron In and see what happens

Been taking stomach meds can raise prolactin
I take lansoprazole ed , might drop this for a bit and see if helps
Just started aromasin pharma at 12.5 mg eod
What the best range for e2
20 to 30 In USA conversion so I want to be around 87 ish pmol/l

Mine came back at 277 if convert to usa 13 ?

Funny thing is I have no high symptoms
