Free test really high, down sides?

ad

6 weeks of 200mg, split 2 pins a week, drawn in the morning 3 days after pinning 100mg, fasting. Pinned Sunday morning, blood done Thursday morning. Thursday is my only day off to get the blood done, normally I would have pinned Wednesday night.

Total 358 ng/dl(10/20/23) to 1168 ng/dl(12/14/23) Ref Range 250-1100 ng/dl

Free 335.1 pg/ml (12/14/23) Reference Range 35-155 pg/ml I can't seem to find anything on what having too high of free testosterone can do adversely.

All my other blood work looks good except my HDL is slightly low at 37mg/dl Reference range = 40 or higher, but it was 34mg/dl before trt so it's going up. Fish oil, NAC, and One a day every day

I feel fine. Definitely not getting the Superman feeling I see a lot of guys talk about, but my libido is up and my workouts are showing progress that I wasn't getting before.

My lower back gets bad pumps on the right side from pretty much any physical activity that uses my lower back, but it goes away as soon as I rest for 5 min or so.

My appetite hasn't gone up or down, but I have gained 10 lbs, some of which is probably holiday weight. Was 6'0 260 now hovering around 272. I eat clean for the most part, just eat a lot.

I'm active, 5 days in the gym, 3 days BJJ, 1 night hockey, and swing golf clubs 5 days a week for my job.

PCP wants to put me on semaglutide for the weight, but it's damn near impossible to get right now

I'm going to be doing blood again at the 10-week mark for Trt Nation, this round was for my PCP as she wanted to keep an eye on things as well. She suggested dropping my dose to 150mg.

What do you all think?

Eat more avocados/fish/olive oil (not cooked but on salads), fiber aka fruits/veggies/legumes..should fix the HDL. and yeah you dont need a dose higher than 125-150 mg a week in all honesty. I know that sounds weird but even 50 mg can make a difference in how you feel.. considering thats 1/4th of your overall dose.

and make sure you take a ZMA or Magnesium/Potassium/ and are also getting enough sodium in your diet.. Not saying this will for sure help with the pumps as that can be related to some posture issues, especially since its on one side.. but you should always have your minerals in check anyways..

also its key to check what your other hormones are looking like. High E wil not make u feel as "superman" like as you want, as well as high other things like progesterone or prolactin

Nice profile pic! If it's actually you and your relative you should remove it, brother!
