First time oldtimer
So I'm 41 not in the best shape. See the gym every other month if lucky but have decent physique inspite of lack of exercise. I realize the necessity of getting a good amount of work out time under my belt before starting a cycle but at my age isn't ther a decent cycle that could help me jump start my body back.into.shape then ultimately into some serious shape. I have a great great online source to get some very high quality gear basically anything I need at very good prices after years of experience of close friends using the place. I'd appreciate some solid information and advise on the type of cycle that would be ideal. I've played a lot of sports so quite athletic, even at my age, I'm only pushing 5ft8 and 158 lbs. Not too much body fat as I try to watch what I eat and I'm well aware of the necessary diet I need to get on and stop putting off. I simply need a good cycle recommendation even if it evolves some gh as I have access to some (what I've been told) is rather quality whatever I need. A little help would be highly appreciated as I'm looking to put on some long lean muscle and size and hopefully avoiding any bloating
Thanks

Hello Sir,
To achieve your goal you do not need to administer any hormones Sir. Planning your diet and training plan will bring you far much more successful results. By implementing PED's you are going to face more unnecessary health issues due to hormone imbalance and side effects so do not even consider this.
Instead, there are lots of great articles on here in regards to training and diet plans, just need to do a bit of research.
Regards
I really wish it was that easy to just pin some gear work out a little and end up in great shape. Fact is you need to be more disciplined and pay strict attention to diet if you want to get anything out of a cycle. You can pin some steroids work out a little bit here and there and eat this and that and end up 10-12 lbs heavier with some new beefy looking muscle by the end of cycle. Worked out pretty well you are thinking to yourself. Now the cycle is over and the weight starts dropping like a rock and your muscles start deflating since you no longer have the extra glycogen retention in your muscles that the steroids provided. You now become depressed because you are losing all your gains and you are an emotional wreck during your PCT while your hormones are trying to stabilize. Hopefully you can recover your natural testosterone levels and start to feel normal again all the while realizing you are now just the same or more often look worse for wear and fatter than when you first started your cycle. Very common scenario given the unrealistic expectations that people think steroids will provide. If you aren't in good shape before you cycle and 100% committed and really know how to eat for your goals and have a proper PCT plan set up, that is likely the scenario you will end up in. If all anyone had to do was pin some gear and workout a little bit to get in great shape this world would be pretty boring.
Cycle option #1:
Compound 1------chicken 3 times a day
Compound 2------steak 2 times a day
Compound 3------fish 2 times a day
Compound 4------eggs 10 a day
Compound 5------steel cut oats 1 time a day
Cycle option #2:
Compound 1------ make a set gym schedule
Compound 2------ stick to the gym schedule
Compound 3------ push yourself to discomfort
Compound 4------ make small goals and keep them
Compound 5------fix eating habits
I know I'm going to get some shit from other members about how many compounds I'm recommending at such an old age but to be honest I'll even do BOTH cycle option 1 AND cycle option 2 for even better results.
Cycle option 2 often leads to paying attention to cycle 1, in your example. (The harder and smarter you lift, the hungrier for good nutrient dense food you'll be.)
This is a good one, this must be the most advanced level cycle. Thank you for giving up your secrets
I was going to say if you really wanted you could do both but you had that covered too. Well said
Tried and true but not cheap.
There's no cycle that will make you gain muscle when your not working out or eating properly . You need a solid workout routine and a good diet and you should be gaining weight and muscle naturally before even considering steroids .
Exactly
Until you’ve got your workout and diet in-line I wouldn’t even think about it. Your not eating near enough at your weight.
