First if you can recover your T levels in the 600 range (even 500 range) on your own, that would be the best option. Otherwise, make sure you read every thing about it because going on HRT/TRT is a life long commitment. Get your blood work done. I can gurantee your 'crit levels are going to rise. If your 'crit isn't already at a 46, then don't start or continue any AAS until you get it to that point. At 31 years old, the last thing you want to do is start a journey towards a stroke or heart attack due to high 'crit levels.
Now regarding exemestane during TRT.... the standard procedure for clinics here is Rx 100mg (no more than 150mg) Test Cyp a week, 2 shots HCG week and 2 arimidex tabs. The only reason they Rx arimidex (this can be applied to any AI in the case of self medicating like you are doing) is because they use HCG. If they didn't use HCG then they would not Rx arimidex for you. But the sole reason they do use HCG is to keep the testicles plump. They actually measure your balls when you are examined for TRT. they hold them and roll them and use a model like this :

for determining your ball size. Since the amount of AAS they Rx is very small (100-150mg weekly) the HCG will cause estrogen to rise (as it always does) and the arimidex is used for this. If you are going to just use test only and no hcg or clomid or anything else, then you won't need any AI at all. But if you are concerning with the size of your balls and if you want to keep the pituitary gland to keep producing LH (which is the signal that tells your testes to make more test)... then you can go a very MILD route of using AI. Don't over do it though.
Anon"load up on everything for a long trt " Long as in the rest of your life right ?
AnonDid your physician diagnose you hypogonadism? Or is this self diagnosis? Nowhere do I see your age
I think he's 31...why would you choose TRT if you don't have to?
Because not everyone cycles. Blasting and cruising helps people keep most of their gains.
I can understand that aspect of it, especially if you have aspirations to be a competitive bodybuilder or an elite athlete. There's a lot of incentive. I get it if you have low T or some other medical reason or just old enough that it doesn't matter. But if you're young, you have YEARS to continue getting gains. Going the TRT route you have to assume it's a one way ticket...you're a slave to the needle for life. If you don't have kids, and might want some one day, this isn't gonna be helpful. If you have kids and family to support, hopefully, you're financially secure enough so that you're not in a situation like job loss where you have to choose between putting food on the table and feel like shit or getting some gear. Not judging anyone and I don't want to hijaak the OPs post...I was just trying to make a point to REALLY think it through before going in this direction... someone may just might find out later to their regret that it would have been wiser to keep their options open.
