Ok, i see this mis-interpretation made a lot swift186. 1-test cyp is not an ester variant of testosterone (i.e. testosterone propionate, testosterone enanthate,...). Although on (written) paper it is very similar to testosterone, in actual fact, 1-test cyp and test cyp are 2 completely different compounds, which means that you cannot replace 1-test cyp with test e or test c for TRT. Think of 1-test cyp as a tweaked version of EQ - now with all EQ cycles you must always run test, which is useful for maintaining sexual function and increasing your recovery chances/rate. So this is much the same for 1-test cyp - with this compound you must always run a testosterone ester alongside it, like how i did in my cycle: P's Cycle Adventure

If your BF% is >50% then the first thing you should consult is your diet swift186. Drop your BF% down to a reasonable percentage such as ~10% (this is easily achievable through diet, see: Pre-Cycle Protocol and then consider a blast.
