Work and getting in your meals.

ad

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a full time job and attempts the daunting task of eating every two hours. My new job requires me on my feet for long periods of time and I don't get much time to eat. I have had to sneak around to get my meals in. Anyway I'm curious how the other guys in this community deal with this?

I'm pretty fortunate at the moment, I work from home overnights. My kitchen is 10 feet from my office, really easy to get my meals in.

When I worked in the office during the day, I would bring my cooler of food. I have an iso bag that can fit 6 meals, tupper ware included. Pretty handy on the go.

Bring your meals and duck off if you have to. At the very least you can do some meal replacement shakes. I make my own when I need extra calories. Half cup plain greek yogurt, 1 pack apple / cin oats, 1 serving PB, 2 scoops of protein powder.

I just eat. I tell them I'm more productive and focused when I'm not hungry and I won't be as pissed off. Saying your hypoglycemic works to

Good idea! Yeah I can tell my boss is the type to get irritated seeing me eating instead of working. Sometimes employers forget we're human beings... Oh well. Thanks for The idea

Everything for me gets packed up the night before. I go from class to work to class but always have something with me..takes me less than 5 mins to get down 6oz of protein and some carbs

I bust ass at work, and shovel down my food. Boss doesn't care if I take 5 to eat real quick. Most bullshit way longer on their smoke breaks.
