Rachel mclish. Hands down. Beautiful classy .. Strong
I'm in total agreement, I was always fond of her! A beautiful and picturesque female form indeed!
Crowned: Rachel McLish
Uncrowned: Anja Langer (2nd place 1988) I loved her physique, flawless!
Yes they were both very beautiful!!!
Very much agreed brother! Two very beautiful women with fantastic physiques!
Anja Langer! Blast from the past! I haven't thought of her in decades, but I completely agree with you. She had a fantastic body and was quite sexy. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.
You're more than welcome brother V! If I had to pick my all time favorite female bodybuilder, it would probably be Anja Langer! What a great body, and yes, quite sexy! To reiterate, flawless!
For your viewing pleasure, a walk down memory lane circa1988!

Frank Zane. Completely different class with less mass and more aesthetic appeal.
Now the trouble starts...
No trouble here. He wasn't real big but he was symmetrical and hard as granite. The truth is that's the guy most of us should try to become. Not everyone can become a mass monster but anybody can build a good body through diet and exercise.
100% agree!
Uncrowned...
Nasser circa late 90's.
Loved Wheelers symmetry and he too would have made a great Mr. O from a physique stand point anyway.
Cannot recall the year (not 92 when he took second to yates) but late 90's early 2000's LEVRONE brought a package (bald head days) that was worthy of Mr. O.
Politics has and always will play a significant role in placings at the Nationals and Pro level...it will not ever go away.
When some judges and promoters "have a dog in the fight" it real sours the sport and should not be allowed.
However, everyone knows this is how the game is played and if you don't like it I hear curling can be fascinating sport once you get used to playing a game with a broom! ;)
Arnold is numero uno! Nobody has come close to representing the sport like him while actively competing as well as after his career ended.
Ronnie in his prime looked amazing. Before he got too inflated he was just incredible. Cutler had my most favorite pose in Olympia history with his famous "quad stomp". The still pics on that pose are fucking awesome. Shawn Ray always had the body I always wanted tho. He was always in the best shape. Too bad he was so much smaller than the field. Plus I heard from someone who went to high school with him that Shawn is a stuck up cock sucker.
For the uncrowned best of the best imo hands down it's Nasser El Sombaty in '97. That dude looked like he was a lab created super human. He was gigantic and had the tiny waist. He was the real Mr O in 97. Sad day when he passed.
Real talk this is a great topic to bullshit on. Wish there were some pics embedded for us to look at.
Uncrowned I would say FLEX WHEELER
AnonRonnie Coleman and Kevin Levrone
Michael Phelps. 18 golds, can't argue with that.
Ronnie Coleman
Crowned - Frank Zane!
Uncrowned - Bob Paris!
Thats my boy Theo.... Us old skool guys like the older days of BB.. Thats when the BB knew how to mold
the physique to perfection.. Now days, its just size, size and more size.. Not that its all bad, just not like the sport was modeled after from the 70's, 80's and early 90's...
Agreed brother Mobman! Polished statues of steel back in the day! Carved and chiseled to perfection! I'll always love this sport and even appreciate some of the mass monsters, just not as much as the aesthetically perfected physiques of back in the day!
Olympian....hands down is my wife, genetics and hard work at its finest
Mr. Olympian ...Arnold and Frank Zane....classic old school I suppose
Oh big fan of frank zane good choice man!!
Jesse Owens, Michael Phelps, Mark Spitz, Carl Lewis, Pyrros Dimas, Jim Thorpe, Nadia Comenici, Aleksandr Karelin, Aleksandr Medved... I mean you gotta be more specific based upon the event...I only named summer olympians, then ya got winter olympians...
MISTER Olympia = Arnold Schwarzenegger... he changed EVERYTHING
I remember my mother had a poster of Spitz. All the chicks were digging that hairy chest and groovy porn stash, lol
RustyhookerI enjoyed lou ferrignos comeback. First one on stage at 315 but didnt look like igf gut b.s..
Franco of course, labrada, gunter schlierkamp, yates, shawn ray, samir banout, paris, danny padilla the giant killer....boom!
Lou's the king of the old guys. He still looks great.
No he doesn't. I've seen recent pics, looks like shit. Arms all skinny etc.
RustyhookerBorn 1951. Not bad considering...
Thats what you call dropping back to trt dose.
He was massive not long ago.
You remember that show king of queens?
He was doug a karrys neighbour.
Fucking staunch in that.
Dude, King of Queens went off the air in 2007. That was ten years ago...
Thanks for sharing. Wasnt aware of that.
Thanks cunt
I hate that show. Get to fuck!
Lol boooo! Shows how far behind us aussies really are then, im following it now, they play it 5 nights a week, i like the old man halarious.
He looks good there, but some pics he puts on Facebook look really bad....I think he goes through phases where he stops lifting.
RustyhookerIts fully possible.
Big Lou is the reason I even started lifting.. His role in the Incredible Hulk was my inspiration
to get into the sport.. He is my all time favorite as the older era of Bodybuilders of the past.
He looked totally awesome when he competed in the 1994 Masters Mr. Olympia where I feel
he was ROBBED and hands down beat Robby Robinson and Boyer Coe...
RustyhookerAt 315 his comeback in the olympia open...he wasnt igf gut either. He was chisled. Made paul dillet look small
Admittedly, Dillet couldn't posewell if his life depended on it.
However, in this pic people think Lou loks better than Dillet?!?
Dillet's legs are sharper, shoulder to waist ratio unmatched, great midsection...lou was even blockier than yates in this photo.
Lou had a great physique in his time with Arnold and yes the unfortunate usually politics BS (still goes on) didn't help him but in this photo alone Lou is in 3rd place.
Dillet was proof that even with one of the most amazing massive and asthetically pleasing physiques on stage, if you cannot POSE you are not going to win the show in the "relax pose" only shots.
Again, comments are specific to this photo only.
Exactly my point.. An Dillett was a BEAST himself.. I dont think Lou ever got a fair shake due to his
father being his coach and mentor.. The Weider's never liked him which is WHO ran the industry for
so many many decades..
RustyhookerBingo! Politics...
it was all politics but look at Dillet's abs.In my opinion he looked better than either person to his right.Including Dorian.
Not bad at all brother Rusty! Lou's ten years older than me which makes him 65-66! He's closer to seventy than he is to sixty!
RustyhookerI hope to look like that at his age.
You and I both brother, you and I both!
Ronnie Coleman was the goat, but Sergio Olivia was very close.Dorian and Ronnie both had the same fate though stop being Weider athletes and stopped being Mr Olympia.Dorian was at least smart enough to walk away once he knew he wouldn't win,Ronnie hung around a few years too long.
Schwarzenegger just my opinion.
Not a fan od the new era, looks like cattle with the Bloated guts.
Total-Lee Awesome!
He was never Mr. O but for me the one and only #1 is Nasser!
Best Mr. O? hmm.... I would say Jay, he is not just an awesome athlete he is also an excellent business man.
I met Nasser through his sister GiGi, super nice guy. Unbelievable how big that guy was. Unfortunately it killed him.
Arnold made bodybuilding main stream and he just looked better imo. Tiny waist. Ofcourse I'm older than most.
Dorian took bodybuilding to a new level. Flex and Levrone were great aesthetically speaking.
Michael Phelps is up there. Ha!
