Which source site has the worst cycle outline advice? Which has the best?

I've been cruising around most of the sites we have here up for review. & I've seen some seriously horrible cycle outlines. Some are funny, some are sadly outdated, some are just stupid. & also dangerous. So what have you got?

honestly bro, i have NEVER seen a source that gives a good cycle layout.... most of the sources dont even run gear bro!
