Pussies. Period.

ad

Legends are not created overnight. Do you you think Arnold woke up one morning, Mr. Universe? Did you see his legs, when he 1st got here? That must've took some serious dedication & hard work to beef those wheels up, imo. Maybe the gear did all the work? Nope, sorry, I don't think so... Just like anything in life. Great success & personal fulfillment do not happen instantaneously upon injection. It takes a long time to get to a place where you feel really good about your life. It takes a long time to not just learn the lessons, but to learn how to apply them everyday. So please, take your time. Take a big bite of humble pie, & wash it down w/a gallon of gratitude, if needed. Slowly doing things right "our way". & you will take a giant step toward extreme success. Do it "your way" & more than likely, it will end in failure. You'll come back the next time w/another added compound/s, surely that will work, right? Take it from me, it won't. Take the time to talk to those who came before you, were in your shoes not too long ago, & actually listened to advices of some aboard. Imho, some still just don't have the proper mindset-training-nutrition-diet. How could you, in such a short time frame... Instead relying on compounds to do the work for them : (
Otherwise, why would I continually see this Everyday. & I say this to You pussies, that feel picked on, or bullied, etc, etc, etc. One of the most crucial, yet commonly neglected aspect of training is intensity. How hard you push yourself. Honestly Proper training, requires true grit, & fierce determination. So few people are ready to let go of their personal comfort occasionally. That's the real deal... Making Sacrifices, putting your GOALS ahead of your comfort. There's a huge diference in just going through the motions, & really putting your maximum effort into each work session. Meaning, knowing that whatever you do in life reinforces your habits & patterns. Quitting or fighting, even if it's just you. When it comes time to push forward, it reinforces this good behavior & makes it more and more likely that you'll do it again, again & again. Even better the next time. It's about not just finishing, but finishing strong. So your last rep, is just like your 1st. For most here nowadays, it's something new. I feel you guys have a cycle idea beforehand, & you're stuck on it. When said bad idea gets shot down, you take it personally... For most Here; It's about resolve. Doing things properly. As safe as possible. Focusing on Nutrition. Proper form. & intensity. Some of us know, that every single time you push on past your discomfort & put your goal/s before your comfort. This is where the truly elite are separated from the majority. Remember; everyone fails. It's up to you. Upon finishing @ the gym or leaving a workout feeling guilty, feeling that you may have done more, better. It's all on you to resolve to get a few more reps/sets next time. It's certainly not my fault, or your 2nd consecutive tren cycles', Mr 20 year old expert :/ Focus on continued sustainable progression. Personally, I'd rather work my butt off & earn 10 pounds, as opposed to just going through the motions, packing on 30, & losing most of it after my 1st off-cycle piss. In closing. That means, Be the fucking turtle, learn your compounds, develop dedication, inside & most importantly outside of the gym. That means, if you haven't run eq or deca, yet. You shouldn't even be looking @ tren, yet. You pussy Biggrin
Imho. There can be only one king. & his name is testosterone! It will take you about 3 cycles to get to know him & his cousins. Period. So settle in, figuring your shit (meaning you've read Everything!) now's the time to see how you react...

I found this study interesting. Not all that surprised. But, I think this could explain our conundrum here. Adolescents values have changed dramatically from a massive, decade long study out of ucla.

1997 top values:

Community feeling
Kindness
Self acceptance
............

2007 top values:

Celebrity
Fame
Self image
Financial success
............................................................

May God Bless you & keep you safe

Its a great post but I do have to say I didn't really want to open it from the title. I really don't care to much for those 2 words together.

Great post, I didn't see it sooner direct and to the point with no ambiguity! If the posts keep coming this place may become a vehicle for self-discipline. Great work Sgt!

Great post very motivating!

I completely agree. I look at it this way if you can't grow on test alone then you are not doing something right and should look at your diet and training first. Adding more compounds is just a waste of money if everything else is not 100%

SGT you are the best Brother thanks for the post. The truth is just that. Right to the point

How many people still reach for the bucket while training these days. After training for well over 20 years I still do. As a matter of fact I had the bucket next to me today doing triple drop sets on the legpress then moving onto triple drops for squats. Talk about pussies I had a guy come upto me today in his early 20's saying that there is no way he would ever train legs with me. At my local gym when you spew in the bucket the gym owner gives you a free Muscle Milk protein drink when you have finnished your workout;-) Its a good little hard core gym

You try to throw up just to get a fee muscle milk. Yeah the 24 hour gyms are more for the corporate types over here.

I'm still new here, but have been training for a long time. I'm newer to AAS usage and despite countless hours of research online before my first cycle, this is my go to place now. I am definitely open to the vets here critiquing my actions or future planned cycles.
Do you know why that study turned out those results? The generation coming up now never got a good ass whooping from their parents. These kids are brought up with no winners/no losers, and no accountability. They're taught in sports and school that all that matters is if you try and ate a good citizen. Then they get older and mommy drives by someplace that's hiring and throws little Johnny out of the car and the employer is supposed to pick him up, knock the dust off him and make little Johnny a hard working professional man. The trouble is mommy never made Johnny pick up his own toys.

Absolutely correct. We no longer hire youngsters anymore due to the issues you point out, - it takes too much time and costs too much money to weed through thirty of them to find the one good one that gets it and appreciates the opportunity presented.
