I am currently mid-cycle, wife's family is coming over on Christmas day, my family is coming in from out of state for the week after Christmas, and I found out today that same week my gym will be closed...all damn week (starting tomorrow until the 2nd)! I'm going to lose my mind. Dumbbell exercises, pushups, and family reunions are not acceptable mid-cycle lol! Going to have to look for another gym with daily rates tomorrow. Have a Merry Christmas everyone!

I suggested we should go on vacation at thanksgiving time this year and my wife insisted we not go because it was a family holiday. Mine lives out of state so she was referring to hers. Then one week before thanksgiving they called her and said they wouldn't be around because they were going on vacation lol. Didn't get a vacation but I did get an entire thanksgiving dinner to myself! Bet that vacation will be sounding good next year.

Staying home and cooking. I have some family coming to me. Just my brother , sister and all the rug rats. As far as eating, I plan on eating every god damn thing in site! A benefit of being an ectomorph. We traditionally make 7 different fish dishes. It's some kind of Italian tradition that my family took with them from Italy. I have no idea why. I'm sure there is some religious signifigance to it but I couldn't possibly care less about that. Sword fish, Salmon filet, Collassal shrimp, tuna steaks, yada yada yada. Manicotti (homemade pasta stuffed with ricotta), Filet mignon, Escrolli soup , fresh homemade cesar salad and a bunch of appetizers. I love to cook and i'm like a pig in shit right now! Of course the best part is watching my kids rip open the presents that set me back 2 months, lol.. I hope you all have a great holiday and new year!

Thank you brothr! I actually like to cook more than I like to eat. I feel like eating is a chore. I have to take in so many calories just to maintain my weight. I hate it. Although most see it as a gift
