What kind of music is listened to train better.?

Heavy music help me to find strenght on limits moments.
I really need to focus on my training.

Black Sabbath
Rolling
Beastie boys

You could make some more.?

I was listening to hip hop n thinking of those videos where the girls shake their booties that look so good to motivate me That's what I want! lol but I just put rock hits on my Pandora and it definitely gets u in the mood to get pumped!

That's when I do my best lifting.

But then again I've been kicked out of two gyms in my town....

I get amped when I put on some opera!!..just joking :). .definently hate breed.mudvayne.disturbed.five finger death punch.and some slipknot.. either have a killer workout or end up killing somebody.. that shit gets me going big time.

Disturbed can hypnotize and keep a focused lifter in the gym....i like Disturbed...when i hear'em it makes me wonder why i dont listen to them more...

I know, right??? It was called FYE...For Your Entertainment....i didnt even know it was there...i thought HASTINGS was the only place around....and Amazon, etc...
