We have a Grrrl at our gym
We have a competitive female body builder at out gym and she knows how to fight. She's taller than me maybe 5' 11' and she just cut all of her long black hair off for "Locks of Love" or something. A very confident woman. Everytime I'm around her, she makes me think she is Our very own Grrrl. The gym is lined with her trophies. She doesn't fight in the ring, because she doesn't like getting hit with punches but this jiujitsu or what ever she knows is brutal. A very good wrestler didnt want to wrestle her but she chased him down and tackled him. It took him a bit but he put her into submission and she tapped out. Then he was a complete gentleman and helper her up like the lady she is.
We have another room that is filled with all this spring board flooring and all the fighting stuff and when I was doing dumbell presses I thought it was thundering. I go look around the corner and this chic is just pulverizing this bag. Jabs, hooks, uppercuts, kicks, you name it.
Do any of you have any Grrrls in your gym?

Anoni COULDNT BELIEVE THIS CHIC. A bro was sitting at a machine and I pointed to her. He ask me if she was my ex wife or ex girlfriend and I said hell no... I would never get hooked up with a woman like that. You would have to take her down in a hurry and choke her out or she would make mashed potatoes out of you. We have a bunch of fighters come in and they are like 5' 10" and weigh under 150 lbs. They come in looking all faggy with pink hair and shit and a friend my age knows who they all are. He went to town with one of them and got his ribs broke and the guy never even hit him. I dont think it should even be called fighting any more, its like some new kind of science
EDIT: Anytime someone is on the road that is serious about training, they always find out about this gym. This beautiful blond came in a while back and was doing shrugs with 5 plates and the locks, thats 505 lbs! you would never tell it by looking at her, the most beautiful smile you have ever seen. I told one of our crossfit trainers and he didnt believe me so he went out talking to her.

AnonOh We have those too. They didnt get the email about the recall on those pants (You can see right through them) I finally had to just go to the other end of the gym before I tripped on something and knocked my teeth out or gouged an eye. I tried everything to not ogle but it was like my eyes were defiant and wouldnt do what I told them to do.
Guys tell me they cant even concentrate when this hispanic chic comes in, there is just something about her ass that is hypnotizing. Man, i love my gym.
