High Blood Pressure...

ad

Just got myself a device to take my blood pressure readings at home...

I'm concerned ... 153 over 101 pulse 75...

4 weeks into a cycle...

Any advice on how to lower my blood pressure or is it advisable to take a trip to the docs..?

For comparison's sake, at the end of my 12 week at 900mg/week test-e cycle my bp was 160 over 101. It's scary, but manageable now that I'm off cycle.

Like others have recommended, you should reduce caffiene/salt intake, drink more water, and add in some more cardio. Breathing therapy helps me, too.

Stay safe!

ha bro its good that you bought it, means your being careful. If you know someone who is off cycle i would go ahead and use it on them so you can see how it reads out, preferably someone who as a reader themselves so you can compare the two. sometimes there are off, and if you can figure out how they are off you can just offset your readings from then on.

good luck on your cycle man, stay stong.

your dbol dosage isnt too high, but your right at the time of test being at a good point so that with the dbol could have an affect. also like others have said it depends on when your taking the reading and what your doing a few hours before hand.

Just bought one of those myself. My dumbass didn't read the instructions the first time I did it and mine was 175 over 105. I nearly shit myself, but I decided to read the instructions before going to the ER. Turns out my BP is more like 130 over 90 - higher than usual but not too dangerous.

You're probably not doing this, but I though I would share just in case Smile
