tough skin
I've been noticing a lot of guys getting there feeling hurt and been over sensitive. We are supposed to be a bunch of alpha males and just bc someone gives there opinion to u favorable or unfavorable doesn't mean we need to take it to heart and get all upset. It's like no one can take criticism or a different opinion on matters without hurt feeling and internet arguing. Guys quit been so sensitive and close minded sometimes the best things are a different opinion or criticism. Real champions take this and uses for motivation. If someone thinks you don't need steroids but food and hard work don't get all pissy. Take it for fuel to fire your motivation and take yourself to new heights. It gets old posting in forums to give someone constructive criticism in a attempt to help only for hurt feelings. If I post something and u disagree please feel free to state your opinion. I want real life experiences from everyone not people that tell me what I want to hear. So gentlemen let's get some tough skin and let's keep giving real info no matter if it's what they want to hear edit in no way am I referring to anybody

Right on tide. Problem is most people that are on here are alphas in there own realm but on here they get all butt hurt if someone gives them constructive criticism. Question anything they say and all hell breaks loose. How dare you question me I've written books on this subject so obviously I'm an expert
That's a good add and good perspective. I actual told someone today they was close minded and this person got all mad but the context was it had to do with people appearances. No way was it a bad remark and please if u read this in no way am I flaming this person just giving an example. Really cause I said your been close minded about people appearances is not a reason to get mad. We need more tough skin and it goes along with vikes tough love.Hell I got flamed by Hollywood when I was brand new here and I didn't cry about it I took the criticism and learned from it and it's helped me every since here
Actually I look at like this. If someone wants to give me advice and or criticism, especially someone like yourself just to use you as an example. I take this as a compliment. It takes way more effort on you're part to give advice. Rather than ignore the op. Thanks

Brother, you introduced me to tough love on this site. I forget which si it was but you flamed me for telling a guy to run a gram of test. After I got over being butt hurt, I learned a valuable lesson. I think you're one if the most solid guys on this forum. No homo.
