I've been noticing a lot of guys getting there feeling hurt and been over sensitive. We are supposed to be a bunch of alpha males and just bc someone gives there opinion to u favorable or unfavorable doesn't mean we need to take it to heart and get all upset. It's like no one can take criticism or a different opinion on matters without hurt feeling and internet arguing. Guys quit been so sensitive and close minded sometimes the best things are a different opinion or criticism. Real champions take this and uses for motivation. If someone thinks you don't need steroids but food and hard work don't get all pissy. Take it for fuel to fire your motivation and take yourself to new heights. It gets old posting in forums to give someone constructive criticism in a attempt to help only for hurt feelings. If I post something and u disagree please feel free to state your opinion. I want real life experiences from everyone not people that tell me what I want to hear. So gentlemen let's get some tough skin and let's keep giving real info no matter if it's what they want to hear edit in no way am I referring to anybody

Some people just suck. Some think they know it all yet they can't admit when they're wrong. Some know nothing but can't take any advice and act as of your picking on them. Many act like children when in fact they're in their 30s and 40s with kids of their own. Fucking sad bunch if you ask me. There are some good people on here but many fuckwits screw up the motion in the ocean here. I don't tell people what they want to hear I tell them what they need to hear and could give two fucks what they think. I give karma and props to guys who give good advice and try to keep the boat a float and I treat fools how they should be treated ...... Like clowns.
AnonShit half my cycles have been wrong... Or would be in the eyes of Eroids lol ... It took me a lot of years practice to get it down pat and some mistakes along the way... A lot of trial and error... I must say I've learned quite a bit and learned even more on here... so I've seen a lot in my time bro and I tell you what there's still stuff I don't know... I'd say cycles are my strong point cause I've done many .... A bunch of successful ones due to messing up on other ones lol... But... Diet is not my strong point... I try... But it is tough and there is still parts about diet that I don't know .. I'm still learning there .... My physical appearance shows it... I am good size with a good amount of muscle but not ripped.... If and when I get this diet down... I'll be like Vike..... I wanna be I wanna be like vike! Lol
What I can't stand is someone that acts like they know what they don't... Be fuckin real don't be scared to say you don't know cause somebody can help show Ya
I need some help with diet
Never done learning until they put me in the ground. My strong point is diet and training as I was training and competing naturally for quite a while. Cycling I know a good amount but plenty to learn. Even tho training and diet is my thing there is still plenty to learn endless amount of knowledge at our finger tips online. People just have to look. But laziness is a big issue everyone wants to be spoonfed and do zero research, the majority live for today and could give two shits about tomorrow, they don't realize people read the shit they post and someone else could follow the same shity path thinking its gospel. None of this is terribly hard to learn and understand you just have to want to learn and be willing to do your research. Many don't do any of it....... I'll be the first to not comment when I don't know two fucks about the topic and that's when I close my mouth and read and learn.....
