ad
Hey everyone, I am thinking about getting a big tattoo on the full left side of my back and over my shoulder to my elbow. Was wodnering if anyone has had any problems with them stretching and looking funky after gaining a lot of muscle.

So as long as i get it done by someoner super good I should be fine then?
yeah man, it your choice, remeber its life long, my advice, keep them where you can cover, i went onto my hands and down to the ends of fingers, you cant cover that shit, you can get refused entry plaves etc plus if looking to work with customers you may not get the job etc
Yeah, that's why I am only going to go down to my elbow at the most!
like rusty said. don't settle for just anyone you'll be wearing it for life, can't mention that enough.
RustyhookerI'm covered. Make sure you find a great artist. You really DO get what you pay for. Do it right or face lit of cover ups. Expect some folks to eye ball you funny.
Nothing better than having a body that is big and a piece of art right? And i plan on spending whatever it takes..
RustyhookerI enjoy mine. But like mentioned below, it can dull the muscle sharpness is you hit stage. I'm still adding as the years go by and will die fully suited.
I am heavily tattooed. I've gotten them over the last 15 years and they all still look great. In those 15 years I have put on 50lbs of LBM. I was a skinny kid! I think finding the right artist that is known for their clean line work definitely helps. The amount of detail and color in your tattoos will also play a part in how they age.
AnonI've never really noticed much of a difference, but I see my tats everyday so maybe I just can't see it lol. The thing that does look funny is the guys who get on some juice, blow up real quick, then get some tattoos. Once they come off cycle and shrink back down the ink looks all fucked up.
Maybe I'm too old.. But I've never understood why people work so hard to build their bodies, only to cover it with ink.
When the average person see's some big Fing dude walking their way they cower. When they see one covered in ink they run.
I completely agree. I find it hard to really see people's cuts and the like when they're covered with tattoos.
I guess it's a personal decision, but it's not one I'm making.
Art man art...
It's all in the eye of the beholder...
i have a body suit, its all black, ive noticed over the years that certain points obviously move, by that i mean 3 spikes that flare out to the lateral side of the arm are now more closer to the abduction side toward triceps, so yes if you gain dramatic size over time, they will sit in different spots.
So they still look good though? It's not like they have stretched out and gotten distorted?
i still like them, and if you think im talking shit, you can ask a member by the name of irishmack, hes seen recent photos of me. lol.
Okay got it!
