ad
Ok here it goes, the bucket list, not like you, but FOOD. what foods do we need to throw in the garbage bucket and which food to keep:
please respond with your simple idea of what to absolutely stay away from AND what is absolutely necessary WHEN trying to build lean muscle while cutting excess fat.
maybe each person can give an idea meal plan example.
thanks all in advance for the help.

Raw sweet potato is one of my favorites for a quick carb fix pre workout.
pizza bin it , chicken keep it,
ice creem bin it , fish keep it,
chips bin it , steak keep it,
kebab bin it , eggs keep it,
fizzy drinks bin it , green beans/broccoli keet it
brown rice keep it , oatmeal keep it ,
eat the keep it stuff every day, and you will be doing well
good deal. thats what i want real common things. these are pretty common sense. i have never been a drinker of any pop pretty much just water so we are good. just need more ideas on what to stcok. i have two teeenage wrestlers too who are dieting with me so we are trying to do it right. thanks
bro let me tell u something thats the food u need to build the
leanest body. there is only few foods that work. myself and im
sure alot of other people eat the same 6 or 7 foods day in day out.
haha i hate when people say whats a good diet, thats it in black
and white just mix it up, if u cant eat the same 6 or 7 foods everyday
u just dont have what it takes have a good day
yea you are feeling me. i want the good foods to make the list and its all about mixin it up. its like we eat grilled chickeen and vegies 4 times a week but it will be different every time cause i change the way i cook it, lemon pepper, or garlic, or spicy you just change it up, i change the vegies. i eat oat meal every day with honey and cinnimon. i change it up with the different fruit i cut up into it each day. thanks.
buy a cook book lots of recipes in there
tread-mGo to jaycutler.com. bottom right of the home page click bluprints. Look to the 6 week period leading up to Olympia and click on the day...full cut meal plans for free. Follow that, you will cut and hold/build muscle. There are foods playing on each other so careful with substituting. Probably cant run those volumes in calories but the calories could be modified to fit your ability...the number of meals is important as well , however, you are not trying to maintain that degree of muscle so it could be modified some if wanting to strip faster in order to begin a build or rebuild. What you use to balance and increase your hormone lopp is crucial but diet is building, thats where the real work and discipline are. Get that right, and everything else falls into place.
you are definately always on the money with this. i checked that out and eat to grow web site. now where can we get some of this good meat at a more affordable cost.? these seeem to be very tasty meals. eating clean doesnt necessarily mean giving up on taste and thats the good thing. i appreciate it.
tread-mI buy a lot of things at Sams club wbich I am not sure where all they are...kind of a costco. Most of it is basic enough you can find it anywhere. Diet is so much work depending on how serious one is at a given time. Its nice to spend 2 hours or so to just make individual meals in volume packed up in the freezer and fridge but its tough in a busy world! You c,ould get the boys in there and you guys get a system and put together a weeks meals tv dinner style with labels and it takes some of the pain. In the ass out of it...I used to do it and load my deep freeze but now its kind of 2 or 3 days at a time thing.
One meat I LOVE is Nil Gai. Pretty common in Texas, very lean, good tasting (not too wild) and beats the hell out of chicken and tuna.
Might be somethin to look into depending on where you're at.
