I agree 100%. Everytime I go to eat I say to myself, "What would Sarge say". I look at carbs a whole different way now. The more I read his post, the more I like the guy. Not as a eroider, but person. Every now and then you get to see the real person behind the keyboard. There is some great knowledge on this board that is shared.
