Recovery
Over the years of aas use I had always figured that when being on cycle it was the amount of work you put in the gym is where your best gains come from. Now it is true that proper lifting tecniques and diet is very important. But what does all that lifting mean if your not recovering properly. And with proper recovery I mean Feeding the muscles proper nutrients, giving them time to repair themselves and grow. I have learned how to work them properly by causing hypertrophy. From the eccentric movement to concentric. Maximum contraction in every lift is crucial to growth. So after we have put in the work after a long cycle how do we keep all our gains. Well I feel that pct to me is more important than being on cycle. It takes more skill to keep what you have than build it. So a proper pct is crucial. Now im speaking from my personal experience. Clomid, nolva should be spot on timed right to have levels restored quick as possible. Diet should be in check along with a good training schedule. Now usually when im on, I lift a little heavier. So when coming off the recovery process would take a little longer. So all my lifts come down in weight. Working out from 6 days a week to 5 days. I keep calories up high still. I have fast metabolism so this is what I need to do to maintain. Also I like to take more aminos so the muscles have a little more nutrients to recover. A lot of people always complain that when they come off they always lose 20 pounds or more after a 30 pound gain on cycle. If everything is done properly you wont lose much at all. If you do it properly all you will lose is your water weight. It does take time to get in tune with your body to know what works best for you.
