pulled a quad muscle what to do?

I was playin kickball and had been running around....didnt really stretch.....and when i was running to kick the ball up at bat when i extended the right leg to kick it i felt it...i would assume it is a pulled quad.... Its like upper right thigh almost by my hip dead center....
What do u guys do for this type of stuff....been a few hours....ice? Heat? Stretch? Keep of it? Use it lightly to work it out?

Just playin my man...I'm sure you just strained something, as 'fast' diagnosed(lol). I strain muscles on a weekly basis(always on-cycle too!!)...rest up is the best option. I was gonna hit the gym this morning and decided not too...I got this binding up occurring again in/around my elbows from benching too heavy too frequently again...had to call the gym off till Tuesday night/Wed. morning...big bummer!!!
Pull or strain? Ripped or tear you'd see muscle pull up to knot. RICE....Rest Ice Elevate Compression. Normal strains will heal in couple days.
