Posting pics problems

So lately whenever I post pics, I upload the pic I want and then when it's saved it either shows up an old pic or even a pic I have deleted.. Or it might be the right pic until you click on it, then it shows up dIfferent. Anyone else have this issue and if so how was it solved.. Thanks..

Same thing is happening to me. I gave up yesterday.. Today, I went to upload a new one from my phone, it shows the old one that didn't want, so I uploaded it again off of my mac and it is now fixed. Pain in the ass
