Holy shit....! Worst pain ever. Just had a 15min ham string cramp. Girlfried laughing while im standing stiffleg trying to get a stretch with no luck. Try to rub it out and that was not working. Oh yea girlfriend still laughing her ass off.. until she touched the tennis ball size knot in the back of my leg. Haha...! This was the second time this has happend but this time I was not doing nothing. F~in pain
Anyone have ever experience these???

AnonI have had the same situation happen to myself twice, both times during sex. The girlfriend was legitimately concerned and scared when she seen me jump out of bed like a lightning bold and try to run it off. After I finally had enough strength to explain to her what was going on she laughed her ass off at me and we finished what we started with her on top.
Hahaha... its pretty shitty but you know if it wss me seeing what my girl was watching i be laughing my ass off too...
the first time it wss horrible and during sex. and my girlfriend was laughing her ass off as I was straightened out like a board freaking out.. lasted about 25min.
I will try the deep tissue to see if it keeps them away. Hopefully noo night terrors hit me while I sleep...
Hard days work bent over tying rebar nd gym might be too much for leg day..
the worst if when you are sleeping and you slightly move your leg and your hamstring start cramping.
OMG..you should have seen me last week...it was HORRID!!! I was waking at night and my cramping got too intense. Got a DEEP Tissue massage for an hour...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh soo much mo betta!!! Haven't had any cramps since. I DEF suggest a deep tissue! They seriously help a lot! I'm hoping I dont get anymore...less than 10 days out so not allowed to get anymore.
