One year with eroids

I wanted to thank everyone here at eroids this last year I have been here I have learned alot. When I came here a year ago I thought I was almost an expert and I was completely wrong. There is so much science behind running gear it amazes me and thats why I love it here at eroids I learn new things constantly. So thanks for everyone helping me and thanks for the support through me recovering from my injury.

How you holding up with your injury?
bigmurphIm actually lifting 5lbs in pt right now so its coming along slowly but im happy that im able to lift anything
