Newbie Pre AAS training
Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and forums in general, so there is probably a answer to this thread somewhere on this forum already just I'm not able to find it. I only just recently (roughly 2 months ago) started at the gym. I'm 25yrs old, 5ft10" and weigh 92kg. have a bit of a belly (don't know my BF). I have been doing a lot of cardio (treadmill, cross trainer, cycling etc.) I'm trying to aim for a more cut physic, without sounding to silly a bit like Ryan Reynolds. i may want to build more at a later stage and get into some AAS but for now that is my goal.
Does anyone have any good tips, workout plans and dieting tips for this. i understand my vital stats. are probably a bit vague to get a precise answer but any help would be cool.
Thanks in Advance
