Back in May I went to ALaska for a month staying near Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson. While there I went walking out on a major glacier, stepped in a hole and twisted my hamstring, the part of it that runs right across the part of your ass that you sit on. I actually heard the snap, it was loud. It's been healing slow but sometimes when I sit for long periods, especially in a car seat that bitch really starts to hurt.
Just thought I would throw this in here cause while sitting here at the computer reading eroids... Guess what? Yeah that bitch is starting to ache. LOL
