Muscle imbalances and strength issues.
ad
So I've been training for years and I would say I do pretty well in my training. I notice that alot of muscles are bigger than others and stronger. For example I'm right handed so I figure I would be more dominant on that side. My bicep has a better peak on my right and my whole left side is just a bigger overall arm when I flex. I can feel my right side of my body contract better when doing certain exercise. Bicep curls and certain back exercises. My right lat has a better contraction than my left. I guess I'm chasing perfection and everything won't be identically symmetrical. But do alot of other people see this with themselves?

Unless you’re a genetic freak everyone has these problems
Tightness, mobility, limb length, hips out of alignment all could be factors. But yes, I struggle with the same.
PallMallIt won’t change unless you train the weak side more than the dominant until it catches up. In movements that use both sides the stronger side probably takes up 60% of the tension, the weaker 40.. to balance it try single side isolation... so you’re doing bicep curls. Do a weight/rep scheme that totally exhausts the left and do the exact same number of reps/weight with the right even if it’s not complete exhaustion... otherwise it will just always be imbalanced
