Military PTSD Taming the Fire Within

ad

For the brothers who have served in Combat still battling the inner demons of war, here's an awesome book to help point you in the right direction along your path to freedom. It's free, download it, read it, study it. It's an excellent guide. Find your way back to the light, live a full life, and tame the fire within!
Here's a snippet:Many soldiers go from the front lines to their front yards with little time or training to transition after experiencing the terrors of war. Tragically, many of our bravest warriors haven’t been prepared to distinguish between clinical PTSD and normal reactions they should expect to experience. Fearing the stigma of a psychological “disorder,” and too proud or too scared to reach out, they suffer in silence.
Knowing how challenging it is for soldiers to share their feelings, Dr. Freund wants to help warriors and their families identify natural reactions to combat, so they can effectively process the intense emotions every combat soldier is burdened with.
"Nobody walks away from combat unscathed," Freund said. "The term 'disorder' often conveys a stigma that fosters guilt, shame, confusion and the inability to communicate. We want veterans to realize they are not alone. When combat is over, the experiences still continue. It's time to break the silence so healing can begin." Download it here:

My heart really goes out to military vets and ppl still enlisted...the level of suicide is staggering and heart wrenching...i feel our government bears a big brunt of the blame but thats another conversation for another day.
