Is there anyway to see downvotes?

Is there a way to see who has down voted your posts? I put up 2 information forums that I thought were info that everyone should read and someone seems to think it's not okay? I would just like to know what is wrong with my posts? Instead of downvoting maybe giving me a little insight behind that?

In most cases it's actually an accident when someone gets down voted. But this time was no accident. The same guy hit you 3x. One was for making a post in the wrong section. He's not in the wrong. The trees post. I relocated it to general. I'm looking at the others now.
That's what I figured, and I apologize on the trees one(cool study) but it wasnt in the right place. Won't happen again. As for as safety first idk...must have stole his girl or something ;) lol thanks for looking into this for me bro

Dammit! I read this thinking you were whining but those were some damn good posts. I +1'd the gyno thread. I wish everyone would put as much thought into their post AND actually cite ALL sources. Very nice and a good model for noobs to follow. I think your other post was a good reminder, but I believe there's a sticky with that info in it, so I didn't +1 that one. All in all I look forward to more of your posts.

AnonAt one point I had suggested that we be able to see who downvoted us if it ever happened. It wassuggested that it would create more drama and fighting. My feeling was it would create greater accountability . People might think twice about a down vote if they had to sign their name to it.
I would also like to think your threads/ comments could have been discussed in a diplomatic way rather than a down vote.
I'm not opposed to your method my man! I think it would be great, but I don't make the rules around here lol

No problem. Like Nitti says if rules are not broken there should be no down votes. And if there was bad, wrong or dangerous info, then someone should call attention to it and not just down voting. Good contributions deserve good karma and clearly those helped others.
Sometimes it happens on phones.Someone goes to scroll or something and accidentally down votes and doesn't know it.
That makes sense, I accidentally did that the other day...if that's the case then no biggie I was just interested in why. Thanks man

It did, of course I didn't want that to happen but that's not my biggest concern...I was interested in the actual reason my 2 posts got down voted. I'm sure someone is just being a dick lol
