I need help with Acne scars

Does anyone know how I can get rid of my acne scars. I have so many on my back and shoulders and a little on my chest. I almost have a pepper back pretty much. My friend told me to tan but I'm going to start tanning next week. But in the mean time I just need some info on other ways to get rid of my acne scars

StevebAvoiding oral steroids helped me a lot.
I would wait on tanning it might irritate your skin more causing more ache or worsen the scars . One product that work for me was Retin-A what it does it allows your skin cells to die quicker causing new cells . In other words it dries out your skin causing it to begin to peel off like if your sun burned . After that process is complete a few weeks your skin is new again. It is power stuff so be cautions with it. I got it from my dermatologist so I recommend you make a doctors appointment to take care of that. Good luck brother!
Have you tried scar gel like Maderma used it on my face seemed to do well, or something with collagen.
I've tried this cream that I forgot the name to but it's been helping out fade the scars away on my shoulders and chest but i haven't been out in the sun much lately so my skin is getting lighter before my scars do so ima try tanning a bit and try what everyone is recommending. My skin tone is naturally a very light brown and gets to a golden brown when I'm active in the sun
Hey bud, Ive been experiencing some issues with acne lately too which I hadn't ever had a problem with even after years of cycling. I just started it a few weeks ago, but I've found a product that seems to be helping gradually. It's called Rose Hip Seed Oil, and can be found at any local health food stores like Ehole Foods or Central Market. It's a natural oil from the root of a rose bush. It's recommended to be applied twice a day to the effected areas. Hope this helps man, good look. It's beach season and I'm hating my scars!
Thanks and yeah it's pretty much my entire back. I'm sensitive to the side effect off all gear pretty much except limp dick and hair loss (thank god)

Was talking to my mate and he was putting the product into the sacred area and it helps blend the area around it to make it all one colour and depending on how much you were to put into your body it can give you light tan look too
So i would need to inject it into my back and shoulders?
Into the areas that are scared yes . Or you can inject into stomach and upper leg skin. But for what you want you wanna aim small amounts around those areas of skin to make them a bit darker where it's scared and blend in with the rest of the skin.
And once you are happy with that you place it into the legs to get the full tan look. I know my mate hasn't been on it for some time now but it seems to still have that about 30% of that look still
I know you can get it in a spray too but not too sure how good it is
Do you know after how long it takes effect?
