Humbling experience anyone?

ad

Well guys if anyone has made progress period in the gym and outside of the gym you've most likely had a humbling experience that made you realize 'Hey I must be doing something right' and no I'm not talking about hoes being all over you because of your body or those people who CONSTANTLY want to know what you take or what your 'secrets' are. Or hell what your exercises are! Anyways, I had a humbling experience tonight while at the gym. I was just working out minding my own business, shades on, music up, and basically tuning out the world when this guy comes up to me that I haven't seen for MONTHS. We proceed to talk and he tells me that the last time we saw each other he was over weight and not happy with himself. Also he pointed out that because of me and how I've transformed from being a 115 pound person to a lean 190ish he found inspiration in me and what I was doing that it motivated him to be better and ultimately helped his relationship with his wife. Wether your story is like mine or just a plain jane 'man I want to be like you' I want to hear it because knowing people want to strive to be like you or better makes working out to me that much more worth it!!

Mine was the opposite, not working out since high school I got into drugs and that lasted a while, 90days into turning my life around I stepped on the scale and had gained 80 pounds topping the scales at 285!!!!!!
I was pretty disgusted but Ive been on the right track for about 1-2 years now with correct training and diet and I am so thankful I got my body on the right track.
