How discipline while training changed my life
During last 10 years of training in the gym, I learned that succeeding is not about body size, strength or social status. It is DISCIPLINE. Constant discipline. The way we act when facing hard times is what pushes our limits and defines our personality. No discipline can lead to training without consistency. Being disciplined is a skill that can be learned, by repeating good habits daily.
Being disciplined means to choose between what you want to do now and what is most important for you.
We can always find excuses not to train, but our success or failure are entirely ours.
Discipline = Committing to yourself = building up strength and self-confidence. And this becomes a part of your each day routine, in the gym, with friends, family or at the job.
The way you do each thing you do them all.
Discipline while training helped me form a healthy positive attitude regarding life and achieving my goals. It gave me liberty and inner freedom.
Just my thought for today.

Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkDiscipline is something you carry over into every aspect of your life.
People who don't have "it".. will not understand why your doing what you do.
People who are your friends who don't have it.. will try to pull you away from what your doing.
It took me a divorce and to separate my self from my "pseudo" friends to figure this out.
( ym-mv)
it takes time to get to the same conclusions you did
Good stuff
