Found blood work of when i was 16

Today i just found the blood work of me when i was 16, that's it:
LH: 3,0 mUI/ml
TESTOSTERONE: 3,80 ng/ml
CORTISOL: 19 ng/ml
My testosterone wasn't so high as i'm expecting, it was below the average value... Pretty strange, cause since i'm here everyone saying that in teens testosterone is really high! I know it doesn't mean anything, the blood work was done 8 years ago, it's just to talk about it.

I know it's nothing of special, i'm just wondering if i have to get a hormone panel even if i'm not planning to do a cycle, you know it isn't cheap and i haven't a job, so i'm avoiding spending money unnecessarily.
Precycle bloods could be anywhere from 1 to 28 days, maybe, it could be longer depending on time frame of bloods and experience with cycling/using AAS.
