feedback from my bb brothers

ad

guys I'm quite aware of what a wet bulk, lean bulk , and full cutter entails and means, however I've come to see many veering meanings for the term recomop. forgive my ignorance here fellas, I'm under the impression We're talking about a lean bulk here? something along the lines of losing fat and adding lean mass at the same time? please everyone's interpretation is welcome and appreciated....

Imo don't do it. The body doesn't change enough during recomps. Imo the best way to prepare for a bulk is to lean up a little bit leading up to your cycle. On cycle add a few hundred cals each week. As your body changes it will require more food to keep on growing.

If you cut down do it nice and slowly. That will help prevent lost muscle. Do not go straight into a super low cal diet. Your body is going to want to resist. It will be harder to control your appetite as your body is just itching for an opportunity to rebound.

Recomp is just weird to me. It prolly requires a lot of fine tuning to do correctly.

X2. Everything needs to be on point for it to work well. Id rather just bulk then cut.0

no worries, I agree that would take more time dial in and do properly than we have and my bf% isn't low enough to make that a complete success. just trying to get clear as to what a full recomop meant. good looking out manbear..
