Idk how many of you are like me so I thought I'd check. I do not appreciate the daily bitches sub forum. I'm a Christian and believe in saving that stuff only for my wife.
I know it's the internet and I usually don't say anything but in a world of onlyfans and jew-degeneracy, I just decided I'm gonna speak up on degeneracy.

Religion is used as a basis for the most deplorable acts on this earth. Because everyone thinks their religion is the “correct” one and then kill others for believing in something different.

Just today in our men’s church GC. A buddy asked for people to help. He hit his goal of 100 bagged lunches, then he and his wife go to parks and hand them out in areas of homelessness. He preaches and prays for them. He listens. He knows their names. He asks us to pray for individuals. Yes without religion you can do that. But you don’t see it as common. There is good
I’d just like to clarify that I 100% believe in God. I just don’t believe in the construct of religion. If that makes sense. And yes I wish those things could happen without the thought of religion looming over their minds. Or even the need of religion. I do feel like many people don’t do things for truly altruistic reasons and instead they do it “because it’s the (insert religion) thing to do”…that’s doing it because you feel like you have to not because it’s intrinsically right

Getting into heaven sounds exhausting

Christianity is a free gift. By the blood and work on the cross we are graced with the open gates of heaven if you just believe, and you let Jesus’s sacrifice save you from sin.
The thief on the cross, never attended church.. He never attended Bible study. He didn’t follow Jesus. HE MOCKED HIM with his friend on the cross. But at the last moments. He saw Jesus. The beauty of Gods son giving his blood for the world. He didn’t believe until the last minutes.. Know what he said???
"Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom" He didn’t beg for saving from the death.. just to be remembered by our King. That’s all he asked.. and know what Luke 23:43 says?
Jesus said to him “Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
Jesus didn’t ask for a baptism, didn’t ask for anything of him. He let the thief be the first one into his kingdom with Jesus! What a wonderful thing to think about. That they made many mistakes in life and sinned. But he believed at the end of life in our King. And our king so loved him he welcomed him in.
Imagine what the angels though in heaven.. All the their had to say to them was “the man on the middle cross said I could come”. What beauty that is, to be with Jesus at the throne. Our lives here are temporary but life with our King is eternal. I pray you find peace @Milfpounder. Because id love for you to know that heaven isn’t coming with a checklist you must accomplish. Just have to believe in our King.
